MP Evans Offices in Jakarta Follow the Rhythms of Everyday Work
Mula Design Studio designed the MP Evans office in Jakarta around the everyday rhythms of its users.

The Moonza view
The starting point of this project is instructive: the design begins with the real flow of daily work, not a ready-made plan. Many offices are furnished first and staff adapt afterwards, yet the order can be reversed.
Before planning a layout, spend a few days observing who works together most, which tasks need focus and how many people usually attend meetings. The answers largely settle where desks and partitions go and how large a meeting room should be.
- Study the daily workflow of teams before designing
- Seat teams that collaborate often close together
- Use partitions to create calmer space for focused work
